Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at cfiumes22@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for items damaged during shipping. In those cases, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for any exception.
